🔹 What do interns do? Internship at Shivanta Foundation get real, hands-on experience in fieldwork. You’ll work closely with communities to understand the challenges faced by the underserved and contribute to innovative, grassroots solutions. Choose your area of passion — be it healthcare, women empowerment, child development, environmental conservation, or education — and start making an impact.
🔹 How long is the internship? Internship durations vary between 1 to 3 months, based on the project and your availability.
🔹 Who can apply? Students from India and abroad, across all educational backgrounds, are welcome to intern with us. We value diversity and dedication.
🔹 How can I apply? Explore our website to learn about our work. Select the area(s) you’re most passionate about. Submit your resume and a Letter of Intent via the internship form provided on our site.
What is the selection process? Shortlisted applicants will undergo: A face-to-face interview (for those in/near Lucknow) Or a virtual interview (for applicants from other locations) Once selected, you’ll be required to submit a college/institution authorization letter or certificate.
🔹 I’m not a student. Can I volunteer? Absolutely! We welcome self-motivated individuals who wish to volunteer and contribute meaningfully. Please follow the same application process, but mention your intention to volunteer in your Letter of Intent.
